Benjamin Corey has a nice post on how to avoid the grumpy side of the big Progressive Christian tent. It’s often all too easy as a progressive to define yourself by what you aren’t, rather than by what you are, by tearing down rather than by building up. It’s a tough trap to avoid sometimes, but we’d all be better off if we stepped around it.
Here’s my personal favorite:
“9. Realize this tent is made up of people on a journey, not people who have arrived.”
